GRASS-FINISHED FREEZER BEEF
We have partnered with local rancher, Miles Albright, to bring you
large quantities of beef raised with the utmost care for both the animals and land. You will find the flavor to be excellent and the nutrition unsurpassed. Miles finishes his beef on grass, causing it to be lower in cholesterol and higher in Omega-3 oils compared to grain finished beef. A quarter beef will yield approximately 30 lbs. of ground beef, 20 lbs of steaks (T-bone, rib-eye, and sirloin) and 10 lbs. of roasts.
The cost will vary according to the exact weight of your
beef. You can retrieve your meat from the farm (when convenient we may
deliver to your home or meet you en route from the processor). In
order to minimize transportation costs, we only order once we have a
full beef spoken for. Contact us to get on the waiting list. We will
confirm with you before we place your order and will expect payment to
be sent at that time. Three checks must be sent: one for the grower,
one for the processor, and one for us.
