2009 was the first year we made homemade jam to sell at the Farmer's Market and it was a hit! In particular, everyone loves our Strawberry Honey Jam, which is made from our own berries and sweetened only with juice and local honey. It has a unique taste and disappears quickly. We sold out as soon as we made it so look for a new batch when our berries start producing this spring.
PICKLES
We really like okra pickles and the bread and butter (cucumber) pickles we made last year were pretty good, too. We plan to make enough for you to try them this year.
